Drawn To Scales

“Drawn To Scales” is for learning about reptiles and amphibians. How about you - are you drawn to scales?

(Actually, it's the reptiles that have scales.  Amphibians have skin that may be wet, warty, or bumpy, but not scaley.)

This part of our website has pages about each of the major kinds of reptiles and amphibians. And, we can bring some of them to you, along with pictures and video, if you are planning a party or event that is "drawn to scales."  Or, we'll take you out to search for some.  (There is a page for this, as well.)

These animals are not just interesting and “cool,” they play important roles in nature and are useful in controlling pests, developing medicines, and as indicators of the health of our environment.

Woodhouse’s toad ... warty??
